The Team

Your Partners in IT Recruitment

When we formed Bristow Holland in 2013, it was with one core belief: effective IT recruitment can only be delivered by experts with an in-depth knowledge of the industry and an understanding of what makes IT companies and professionals tick.

Whether you’re a candidate looking for a new job or a company looking for a new recruit, we really get to know you, see what you need on a practical and personal level, and bring you together with the partners that will make your career or business thrive.

We’re more than a team of professionals – we’re a group of specialists, each of us an expert in our own recruitment field, acting as a specialist agency within an agency. As specialists, we can build relationships, and good relationships lead to great introductions.

Want to talk it over?

Having a one-to-one chat is far more effective than scrolling through online profiles when it comes to getting to know each other and understanding each other’s businesses. If you’ve reached a point where you know you need to recruit new staff so your company can continue to grow, we can help.

Call us, or drop us a line today and we’ll listen to what you need, personally guide you through the process, and work out where you can go next.
