1st/2nd line Senior Support Analyst with good all round windows server and desktop skills, Active Directory & Exchange 2010, Virtualisation etc to join a major blue chip client based in Ipswich in this key role that has become available through internal promotion. You will take a highly responsible position in the team acting as the senior anlayst reporting into management and delivering a robust and reliable service to a broad user base and according to a defined group strategy. You will be skilled in Windows environments with a broad knowledge of associated technolgoy used in a typical enterprise settings, for example AD and group policy server administration and you will also possess first class customer facing communication skills. Ideally you will be familiar with ITIL standards.
Requirements & experience
This isn't just a fire fighting service desk role, this is a vital post that will help shape service delivery in the orgainsation starting with the most visible contact point - the service team. You will be both a technician, team leader, service designer and architect and link person to the technical delivery team offering an all ound role with plenty of scope for both technical and managerial progression.
