Becoming a Specialist

As an associate consultant you will start off supporting our Senior Consultants, learning how to identify, assess and qualify would be applicants for client vacancies.  In time you will take greater ownership of the process until you are able to handle all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from client onboarding, through the delivery process to the post placement aftercare.

Requirements & Experience

Every Associate Consultant develops at their own pace and the initial training period for a Bristow Holland Consultant is likely to be around 2 years with the potential for longer and will be overseen by a senior member of management who takes responsibility for mentoring and identifying training needs as they become relevant to your development.  Once you have become a full Consultant expected annual earnings will be in the range of £50k-£100k depending on personal performance.  You will also receive a company laptop, private healthcare, 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays and be eligible for company incentive days
