Job Role

You’ll be reporting directly into the Senior Manager for Data & Reporting and as the BI Lead your responsibilities will be two-fold: firstly, you’ll be leading a small team of BI Analysts, making sure the work they produce is in line with the business goals and secondly, you’ll still be required to keep ‘hands on’ where you’ll be working closely with business stakeholders, Senior Managers, Partners and users to capture, clarify and understand their data requirements and then design and develop BI solutions to meet those specific needs, including all reporting requirements and dashboards.

You’ll be joining as a senior member of the team as the BI Lead, and therefore you will be involved with some of the more senior, strategic meetings of how to continuously improve the business, processes and the way the business moves forward too.

Requirements & Experience

Technology wise, we’re looking for someone who can push forward the production and publication of PowerBI dashboards as well as having a strong grounding in SQL and ideally some experience of Azure data warehouse structures. Previous experience managing or leading a team is highly desired.
