Business Analyst Lead

About the Position

Business Analysis & Change & Transformation
Permanent
Ipswich / Norwich / Cambridge / Chelmsford
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Role

As the Business Analyst Lead, you’ll be working in a hybrid BA / PM capacity and you’ll be responsible for the management and delivery of all IT projects that span across the whole business, across a number of disciplines but with a slight bias towards Software Development projects.

You’ll be working with a range of stakeholders and senior management to capture, understand and document requirements, and then manage these through the various stages of the SDLC, implementation and BAU, predominantly using Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Requirements & Experience

Experience wise, you will need to be able to understand the SDLC models, specifically what the activities are to manage a software development project / implementation. You will need to be able to deliver a solid set of requirements to understand the project standards, translate business needs into technical requirements, to develop and implement solid test plans and test cases / scenarios and what is required to accurately test all aspects of the system.

This role would suit someone with relevant experience in Agile project management / business analysis within software development projects, a solid working knowledge of the SDLC models / Scrum methodology, IT systems and their direct implementation to projects as well as strong business and systems analysis skills.

This is a hands on role and whilst this is also lead role, the expectation is to build up to leading a team over time once settled and embedded.
