Job Role

Data is one of the company’s most valuable assets and is central to the growth of the company. As the Business Insight Lead, you’ll be responsible for governing the businesses data and business insight strategy as well as identifying data sources for the effective analysis and review of various business functions, documenting activity and making recommendations on potential improvements.

The Business Insight Lead will lead these reviews from strategy to execution whilst monitoring and quantifying the impact of recommended changes, utilising best practice tools and techniques to communicate business data and insights to non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

This will be a 50/50 split role in terms of management / leadership and keeping ‘hands on’ and you’ll be responsible for leading the business insight team which consists of 4/5 BI Analysts.

Requirements & Experience

Technology wise, we’re looking for someone who understands the concept of a data warehouse, good SQL skills and some working knowledge of PowerBI.

This role would suit someone who’s been operating at a senior level and led teams / mentored more junior members as well as someone who’s already in a management position, looking to take on a new challenge of driving the Business Insights strategy forward.
