Job Role

As the Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be working with a range of stakeholders and senior managers to elicit requirements, validate them, define them and ultimately deliver solutions against them. The projects and initiatives will be cross-functional and incorporate both operational business change projects as well as technology focused projects too from process mapping and as-is-to-be through to system changes, data migrations and system / application builds. Ultimately, you’ll play a big part of ensuring system changes and new business systems meet business and user requirements and that all new business systems are fit for purpose, enabling the wider business to achieve benefits and capitalise on technology.

We’re looking for someone with the ability to understand and translate technical specifications into clear requirements and actions that can be understood by both the technology and business operations teams.

Requirements & Experience

This role is geared towards someone from either a Business Analysis or Applications background, with a basic understanding of a BA role and what a BA does. You’ll ideally have some experience or exposure to some of the key duties such as requirements gathering, translating documents into deliverables and managing requirements through the various stages of the lifecycle. You also get a clear progression pathway, personal development and the opportunity to build a career in Business Analysis.
