Head of IT & Digital
We’re working with an ambitious organisation looking for a Head of IT & Digital to lead their technology and digital transformation agenda. This is a high-profile role where you’ll shape the digital strategy, deliver innovative IT solutions, and ensure services are efficient, resilient, and user focused.
In this role, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing IT and Digital team, oversee major projects and programmes including automation and AI, and manage the organisation’s IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud systems. You’ll also ensure robust cyber security, compliance, and disaster recovery measures, while building strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organisation and external suppliers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive IT and digital experience, ideally within complex or public sector environments, who is ready to step into a senior leadership position. The role offers scope to influence strategic direction, drive transformation, and embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the business.
