Job Role

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Data Analyst to join this Health & Wellness business with locations across Suffolk and Norfolk, supporting the digital transformation of the business through the development of customer-centric data procedures informing the leadership team in making better decisions to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.  This is a role where your work will have a real impact on the overall business.

You will be responsible for identifying data sources for the effective analysis and review of various business functions, documenting activity and making recommendations on potential improvements. The Data Analyst will lead these reviews from strategy to execution whilst monitoring and quantifying the impact of recommended changes, utilising best practice tools and techniques to communicate business data and insights to non technical stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements & Experience

This is an ideal opportunity for a data analyst to step into a role where your output will have real and measurable impact on the wider business, using your experience of data management and ideally with some knowledge of front end data presentation such as PowerBI.

You will also be comfortable discussing and presenting your findings as this is a position that actively talks to the business, explaining and contextualising data findings and insights.

There is also a clear progression and development pathway in this role which could also involved potential management or leading of teams.
