Digital Web Manager – UX
About the Position
You will be responsible for the operational delivery of all web based service elements to both internal and external customers, ensuring both the customer and the business needs are met whilst adhering to legal requirements such as web accessibility and GDPR.
Requirements & Experience
The Digital Web Manager will see you advising and providing a full digital service covering all areas within in the business, working on a variety of projects including one of their largest projects in delivering their new web site platform which consists of website and intranet as well as a self-service customer portal. You’ll be working within a newly established project team alongside the PM to advise and provide support to all of the business areas, taking ownership of all things Digital and making the most to provide the best possible user experience to their customers whilst ensuring business needs and aspirations are met too.
We’re looking for someone with great communication skills as you’ll be working with lots of key stakeholders across different departments of the business to capture their requirements and then translate these so the outsourced development team and PM can build and deliver what’s needed. You’ll also be responsible for designing, producing and implementing the web strategies too and you’ll play a key part on designing and implementing the customer and user journey. There’s a focus on User Experience and customer journey, so experience in this on a large scale will be ideal.
