An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Customer Service Analyst/UAT Tester to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding business based near Ipswich.

You will have the chance to join a thriving organisation as we seek to enhance our customer support team. As a Customer Service Analyst/UAT Tester, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our nationwide customers, responding to support tickets via emails and phone calls, assisting system users with issues, and ensuring effective resolution. Additionally, you will gain experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verifying that system functionalities operate correctly.

We are looking for a candidate with strong customer service experience, a genuine passion for IT, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Having prior experience supporting logistics software would be beneficial but not essential. Comprehensive training and support will be provided, along with clear opportunities for career progression.
