Job Role

Product Manager – What You Will Do: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about delivering a software product that our clients will love. In this newly established role you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment working with cross-functional teams to bring a product centred approach to everything that the business does. You will keep the client at the heart of all that you do, with complete focus on improving the user experience through establishing a clear pathway for the product lifecycle, pulling all the elements that contribute to it’s delivery together under a unified vision for the product.

Requirements & Experience

  • A product leader with the capability to provide a clear and consistent product path, bringing direction and purpose to the product lifecycle
  • Nurture an environment that focuses on the customer experience and of how to improve this through identifying product gaps
  • Ability to translate strategies and/or business needs into detailed requirements and prototypes. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Be a leader in defining opportunities that will provide high value and impact to our customers
  • Define the product development lifecycle, process flows and team structure to work in an agile environment
  • Ability to solve problems and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment using a data-driven and analytical approach
  • Lead with flexibility and agility to balance multiple projects. Navigate through ambiguity and complexity to provide a clear path for your team to deliver on plan
  • Results oriented problem solver, who can take the initiative and ownership to make things happen on time and with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to establish rapport and build interactive relationships
  • Ability to communicate and influence peer and leadership teams effectively

 

Product Manager – Experience:

  • Experience in an IT leadership role with responsibility for a software product
  • Proven success in driving positive customer outcomes
  • Experience in Digital App Experience Development as well as desktop/mobile
  • Experience in a collaborative working environment drawing resources from across departments
  • Using user data and customer insights to improve the overall customer service and experience
  • Ability to define the Product Strategy roadmap
