About the Position
As an implementation consultant you will work and build relationships with clients, business development & account management teams. You will need to work with business development to get an understanding of the clients needs then use the sales documentation to configure and implement software solutions to specification.
During this phase you will liaise clients to further understand their needs and translate them into system configurations, export accounts and integrate solutions to the clients front office applications.
Post go-live you will provide user training and provide ongoing technical support.
Requirements & Experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills to audiences with varying technical knowledge.
Knowledge of payroll process is desirable.
Previous experience working on implementation projects
