Job Role

You will join an existing team of three implementation consultants to help with the delivery, implementation and support of their in-house developed, cloud-based software solutions for a range of clients, both new and existing.

Being the client’s primary point of contact, you will liaise with and provide support to the client during the implementation stage and through to post live support too. You will need to apply your knowledge and experience to the understanding of the client’s requirements and the solving of any problems and issues that arise.

Requirements & Experience

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who has previous experience in an Application Support and Implementation role. You’ll be confident talking to clients and customers, as well as working with the wider team including developers, sales and senior management.

You’ll be expected to understand how the applications work and are implemented, to be able to solve most issues and to be able to configure where needed.
