Job Role
You will provide 1st to 3rd line IT support, covering everything from the IT infrastructure to networks.
Responsibilities:
- To provide support for all user hardware and software issues including configuration
- To provide for reliable backup and ensure backup rotation with safe off-site storage.
- To configure company PC’s, laptops and mobile devices
- To support and monitor servers.
- To provide antivirus protection to all servers, desktops and mobile devices.
Requirements & Experience
- Responsible for all desktop support
- Support for all LAN, RF and wireless network and equipment
- Support for all Server infrastructure including Virtualization environment.
- Support for company applications
- Administration of Active Directory
