IT Support Analyst
About the Position
We are working with a rapidly growing business to assist them in finding a Level 1 & 2 IT Support Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone working in an IT support role to take their next step up, develop their career and expand their IT knowledge. This will be an important role in the support team assisting in solving a variety of level 1 & 2 problems including but not limited to: building and fixing of servers, hardware repair and troubleshooting break/fix issues. This is a Microsoft environment in place and you will work with technologies such as to Active Directory, Exchange and Windows.
Requirements & experience

- Level 1 and/or 2 helpdesk experience.
- Experience of working with servers.
- A valid UK driving license and car is compulsory.
- A passion for technology.
- The ability to work with and learn new technologies
