Job Role

Our client work with the NHS to provide insights and tackle inefficiencies, to generate savings and allow for money to be redistributed to the areas that matter most. This role is with their Workforce team, which produces multiple products aimed at automating the staffing processes to take away from the administrative requirements and digitise the NHS’ People Plan.

They are a business that are dedicated to their employees and are always looking at ways to support their team through tough times, such as the pandemic and current financial pressures, as well as allowing you to spend 10% of your working time on your own personal development.

Requirements & Experience

Technically, the ideal candidate should have experience working in an Agile environment, developing largely in the Microsoft stack with solid working knowledge in C#, .Net, ASP.Net Core, SQL as well as exposure to Entity Framework and Web API’s.

As a technology-driven business, they are always looking to add the newest technologies and have an attitude of ‘not being afraid to look at the next thing’, so they encourage all members of the team to speak up about any positive changes or tech that they think could be beneficial, and they believe strongly that everyone should have the opportunity to contribute.
