Product Consultant

Job Role

You’ll be joining the Projects Team and you’ll be working directly with the business customers and inhouse development team to take a customer’s requirements through the analysis, design and full development process including QA and implementation.

In this role you’ll be working across the many departments and will consist in dealing with existing and new customers on their requirements, advising what the best product would be for them, working with the support team on any issues and some testing too, to make sure the product does what it’s supposed to. You’ll get the chance to work across many of the business functions in the role, with support on each, giving you a broad range of expertise across the whole product lifecycle.

Requirements & Experience

This role is all encompassing, so you’ll get the chance to work these requirements through all the delivery stages, such as QA and have ownership of the delivery. You’ll be working closely with the development team and other areas such as support, BA and implementation to make sure the requirements are exactly what the customer wants.
