Job Role

Reporting into the Director, you’ll be part of the Senior Management Team and you’ll have full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of projects, workstreams and initiatives across IT & Business Change, including internal software development, continuous improvement, integration and implementation projects.

You’ll be working closely with developers, testers and other subject matter experts to ensure technical solutions and requirements are feasible and that they can be delivered on time. You’ll also have the opportunity to implement and embed any frameworks, governance and guidelines for the business moving forward to help keep the workload in line with the business values and goals.

Requirements & Experience

Experience wise, we’re looking for someone with a proven track record for delivering a diverse range of projects with a particular bias towards software development projects from start to finish. You’ll need to be comfortable managing a range of stakeholders, managers and customers making sure the communication channels are transparent.
