About the Position
Job Role
You will be part of the dedicated IT & Change Team, which consists of Project Managers, Business Analyst’s and Programme Managers. The beauty of working within the Central Services team is that the projects will vary in nature from size, value and complexity, and will span across the different departments and functions of the business, and so the stakeholders and project deliverables will differ from project to project.
You’ll be working directly with the key stakeholders across all departments of the business to clarify project aims and objectives, create plans and manage the successful delivery of projects. You’ll also be expected to have an influence in the future of the business with bringing some of your own ideas to the table being part of the strategic growth.
Requirements & Experience
As the Project Manager, you’ll be great at building relationships with internal and external team members, business partners and suppliers, engaging with all involved parties to keep the project on track and full of forward momentum – crucially some stakeholders are based remotely and globally, so it would be useful to be able to demonstrate experience of working in this sort of environment.
This role would suit an experience PM who is happy working across lots of different work-streams and is more of a ‘hands on’ type of PM. You’ll be working on multiple projects at any one time and you’ll also be of the mindset to challenge the status quo if needed and be comfortable dealing with some ambiguity
