About the Position
One of our clients in the Financial Services sector are looking to add another Project Manager into their busy and growing IT and Change team. This business provide end to end solutions to their clients, including the full on boarding process too.
Requirements & experience
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the management and delivery of multiple concurrent projects of all sizes and complexity on a day-to-day basis, end to end, from the initial design and scope, all the way through to completion whilst managing any issues or problems that may arise along the way.
You’ll be the face of the company, meeting both new and existing clients to understand their requirements. In addition, you should be comfortable leading and chairing meetings and workshops as well as presenting information to executive stakeholders both internally and internally.
This role would suit a Project Manager with previous experience working alongside other SME’s such as Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, Operational and Reporting staff would be well suited to this role, with a ‘hands on’ approach to project management.
You should have experience of working within a change team, as would a solid understanding of working projects which include a software development component - for example implementing a new software solution or a change to an existing software solution via the SDLC.
A combination of Business Analysis and Project Management skills would be preferred, and communication skills are extremely important for this role as you will be expected to lead and chair meetings with executive stakeholders present.
