Business Analyst

This is a Business Analyst role for a newly created team that is looking at driving business growth by using the power of Business Data.

As the Business Analyst, you will delve into various business areas to investigate and analyse data use, conducting root cause analysis to establish requirements and determine the best techniques to achieve the business goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to build robust business cases, evaluating cost/benefit, impact, and risk. Your role will involve facilitating open communication and decision-making processes, ensuring the seamless capture and sharing of both technical and business information. Additionally, you will develop and implement change management approaches and continuously seek to improve processes, methods, and tools at every level.

For this role, you should have a proven track record as a Business Analyst, especially in tackling complex business data challenges. Your experience in project environments will enable you to elicit and document business needs effectively, translating them into clear technical requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills used to engage with stakeholders across the business. Your expertise in facilitating workshops and using analysis tools will be crucial in assessing processes and identifying improvement recommendations.
