Business Process Improvement Analyst
This is a Business Process Improvement Analyst role to join an enterprise level business to help them enhance efficiency, reduce complexity, and constantly deliver a high quality service across the business.
This is a key role for someone who enjoys analysing how things work, identifying areas for improvement, and helping teams implement meaningful change.
As part of this role, you will review and document current business processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and design improved workflows that support productivity and cost savings. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, acting as a trusted advisor and change agent to embed best practices and lean methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar process improvement or business analyst role, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage and influence others. Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Visio, and SharePoint is important, along with a proactive mindset and a passion for making things better.
