Head of Professional Services
This is an exciting role for a Head of Professional Services for a global software company that connects people and systems through smart, scalable software designed to drive efficiency, insight, and growth.
In this role, you’ll be taking ownership of a Professional Services & Support function and leading a team responsible for onboarding new clients, delivering projects, and providing top-tier support once systems are live.
Day to day, you’ll oversee a mix of implementation projects, process improvements, and team development. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure new customers are onboarded smoothly and successfully. You’ll also lead the support function, ensuring customers get timely help and issues are resolved efficiently. From defining the best customer journey to mentoring your team and tracking performance, you’ll play a central role in shaping a high-quality, customer-focused service experience.
In terms of background, you’ll need a technical understanding of software or systems, and a hands-on approach to leading people and processes. Project Management would also help.
