QA Test Engineer

We’re looking for a QA Engineer with a strong background in automated testing to join a team that’s building innovative, high-performance software solutions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a platform that’s redefining how users engage with cutting-edge digital ecosystems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and executing comprehensive test plans and cases
- Building and maintaining automation test frameworks for UI and API testing
- Collaborating closely with developers and product managers to shape testing strategy
- Continuously improving test coverage while reducing manual testing
- Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to user story refinement
- Managing bugs and issues from identification through to resolution
- Working cross-functionally with teams like sales, support, and professional services
- Mentoring teammates and championing QA best practices
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years in QA, with at least 3 in an Agile environment
- Strong experience with Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Maven, Spring, and REST-assured
- Proven ability to build automation from scratch
- Familiar with Git, CI/CD tools, and working in multi-tier architectures
- Comfortable reading JavaScript, SQL, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication, organisational, and self-management skills
- Legally eligible to work in and resident of the Republic of Ireland
