QA Test Analyst

Job Role

This is a Manual QA Test Analyst role for a software company who deliver electronic document management systems in the Healthcare sector. You’ll be reporting directly to the QA Test Manager, working alongside the technical team of developers and existing QA’s and you will be responsible for the quality and testing of the business critical, bespoke software applications the company uses on a day-to-day basis

Requirements & Experience

You’ll be executing writing and executing manual test cases to make sure the software meets the agreed standards as well as supporting any ongoing new features, enhancements and development. In addition, you will be involved in the logging of any defects found within the software, retesting the corrections and configuring any changes to the systems where required.

This role would suit someone who has a good understanding of general testing, has a minimum of 6 months experience testing software applications and is looking to improve and develop their testing skills and knowledge. Ideally you will have a keen interest in technology and some form of testing qualification such as ISTQB, although this isn’t essential.
