QA Test Manager

About the Position

Norwich, Norfolk
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Job Role

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to still keep hands on with the day to day testing, whilst having the opportunity to shape how the testing environment looks for the business moving forward.

The business has lots of in house, bespoke systems and applications to carry out their day to day work. As part of the transformation, there will be new systems and applications coming in as well as upgrades to existing applications and they want to make sure they’re getting the most out of them and that they’re doing what they’re designed to. This is where you, the QA Test Manager comes in!

Requirements & Experience

We’re looking for someone who is able to take-the-lead during testing phases, help plan and manage the testing cycles and drive new and improved testing tools deeper into the business. You’ll still  be able to keep hands on with some of the day to day manual testing, but the core focus will be in leading the Testing forward alongside the business, leading a team of x2 QA’s.

Experience wise, this role would suit someone with 5+ years’ experience in testing and ideally someone who has managed a QA team before although someone who has operated as a Senior / Lead looking to step up and take on more responsibility would be fine.
