About the Position

Change & Transformation
Permanent
London / Chelmsford
£70,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Role

You will be part of their dedicated IT & Change Team, which consists of Project Managers, Business Analyst’s and Programme Managers. The beauty of the work you’ll be getting involved in is that the projects will vary in nature from size, value and complexity, and will often span across the different departments and business functions meaning the stakeholders and project deliverables will differ from project to project.

As the Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for driving business change across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders, key partners and other departments to identify and improve all business processes and to ensure that all change projects maintain business value. You’ll be identifying, analysing and managing requirements, business needs, challenges and processes through using various analytical techniques to gather information, which will need to be documented and communicated effectively to other members of the team and stakeholders.

Requirements & Experience

You will ultimately be the link between the business divisions, technology teams and support teams throughout the projects and workstreams, making sure all requirements are being met and are to the highest standard.

Experience wise, we’re looking for someone with a proven track record of the core business analysis principles, techniques and traits, preferably within an insurance based business. You’ll need to be comfortable taking the lead on projects and initiatives, whether that’s coming from a Senior or Lead background, or at the point in your career where you’re looking for this level of responsibility.
