Job Role

The Product Designer will produce, oversee and contribute to every stage of the digital product creation and function for the Product team. You will be responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative designs for all the digital products, working closely with the Product Managers and key product stakeholder throughout the business.

The business offer 7 products and you’ll be responsible for all of these, with an immediate focus on the Client Experience. Working from discovery through to delivery, understand what they like, don’t like and providing solutions that work best for them.

Requirements & Experience

As this is a newly created role, you’ll have the opportunity to put your own stamp and spin on things, with the support from the business. There’s a basic structure in place for the long term vision, but how you get there will be down to your knowledge, experience and guidance.

Experience wise, you’ll need to be able to create wireframes and translate them into simple, easy-to-use User Interfaces as well as translating the product vision and market positioning into effective designs. You’ll need to have a solid background as a Product Designer in a commercial software environment working across all UI design and users’ interactions and be confident using heatmapping and analytics data in order to improve the user experience.
