Job Role

They’re looking to bring in a Service Delivery Consultant as they continue to grow to oversee the full end to end delivery process for both new and existing clients.

As the Service Delivery Consultant, you’ll be involved right from the start, capturing customers requirements, understanding their troubles and talking through the best solution for them. You’ll be responsible for the project management of this solution right the way through the development and QA phase, the full implementation and then post live support too.

Requirements & Experience

Experience wise, we’re looking for someone who loves being client facing, building relationships and being the face of the company. You’ll need to know how to manage software solutions from start to finish in a consultative role, and ideally you’ll have come from an Application Support background too, as some SQL skills will be needed for any tweaks, configurations and enhancements.
