About the Position
A Service Desk Analyst is required by an international, brand-leading business at their office in Colchester. You’ll be joining an excellent team to help deliver first class support to the business within an ITIL framework led environment.
Requirements & experience
You will need to have previous / current Service Desk / 1st Line support experience, be very user focused, possess excellent communication skills, a team player and be familiar with supporting Microsoft technologies.
