Service Desk Analyst
About the Position
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst for one of our clients based in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide level 1 & 2 support to a broad range of IT infrastructure technologies within a highly reputable company.
Requirements & experience
You will troubleshoot technologies such as but not limited to: Active Directory, Exchange, Windows OS, a variety of hardware, networking technologies and VMWare. This is a great chance for someone who has been working in a level 1/2 support role to take the next step up and learn about more technologies. The company has clear career progression opportunities that will be defined for you to work towards.
We are ideally looking for someone who has had experience in a similar service desk role who has exposure to a good range of IT infrastructure technologies. We also want someone who strives for excellence in the service they provide when trying to solve the end users technical issues. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
