SQL Application Support Analyst
About the Position
In this role you will be you will be joining an existing team, managing incidents and service requests for their internal applications through to resolution in line with the with the agreed service level agreements.
You will also work with the cross-functional team helping to resolve on-going technical challenges, perform system checks as required taking appropriate action to optimise systems and reduce downtime. Alongside this you will also be bug fixing, amending existing scripts and command routines as well developing new functionality when within remit.
Although this is an initial 12 month fixed term contract, the preferred outcome is to be able to offer a permanent role from 2021.
Requirements & Experience
You will need to have experience working in a software support position and have written code in either SQL, VB.Net or C#.
