Job Role

As a Squad Leader you’ll lead a team of 4 – 6 developers and will be responsible for leading the technical direction of the products across the design, build and implementation phases. The role will remain hands on with probably an 80/20 split on the technical to people side of things but they will be looking for this individual to really drive the effectiveness of the team and create a high performing development squad.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate extensive development experience utilising C#,.Net Core and utilising Cloud technology (AWS or Azure). You should also be an Agile advocate and have worked in environments that adopt Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).

Requirements & Experience

Ideally you will have worked with Agile frameworks and practices including Scrum, Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI). Previous knowledge or experience of MVC and knowledge of design patterns would be highly advantageous at this stage.
