Job Role

As a Team Leader you’ll lead a team of 4 – 6 developers and will be responsible for leading the technical direction of the products across the design, build and implementation phases. The role will remain hands on with probably an 80/20 split on the technical to people side of things but they will be looking for this individual to really drive the effectiveness of the team and create a high performing development squad.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate extensive development experience utilising C#,.Net Core and utilising Cloud technology (AWS or Azure). You should also be an Agile advocate and have worked in environments that adopt Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).

On top of the key technical skills, they are looking for someone who can lead the technical direction of the product, who is forward thinking and eager to improve existing solutions, an individual that has their pulse on the latest technology and who wants to share and bring ideas to the table as well as the ambition to grow and build a larger team in the future.
