About the Position
Job Role
The successful applicant will monitor and maintain the Service Desk, dealing with customer queries, and working with the platform developers and colleagues to resolve more complex issues.
You will provide first and second line support to customers by logging, reviewing and resolving technical queries.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second line support to customers
- Providing support for a suite of products
- Resolve tickets in line with service level agreements, ensuring critical issues are addressed first.
- Update both customers and the helpdesk with progress.
Requirements & Experience
- Application support background
- Technical support experience ideally on cloud based platforms
- Experience with Jira would be beneficial
- Knowledge of basic web technologies
