Welcoming Harry Dibbs to Bristow Holland

As Bristow Holland continues to build our capability across East Anglia, we are excited to be expanding our team with the appointment of Harry Dibbs as Consultant within our Software Development team.

Harry joins us from Hays, where he spent over three years recruiting for the likes of BT, AXA, and AstraZeneca, to name but a few. Prior to that, Harry worked in customer service for a local energy company, honing the people skills that have since made him such a natural recruiter.

Specialising in software development, Harry will focus primarily on the development markets in Norfolk and Cambridge, working closely with our co-director Matthew Foot. He has, in his own words, “always had a keen eye for IT” and enjoys talking to people in the industry, absorbing their knowledge in the process.

Similarly, it was the expertise within our team that drew Harry to Bristow Holland. “There is so much knowledge in the office, not to mention about 30-40 years’ industry experience,” he says. “The company has developed a really good name for itself across the East of England, and I have no doubt I’ll be given every opportunity to develop my skills and career here.”

Our personal approach to recruitment also resonated with Harry. “Recruitment often gets a bad name for itself, but I can see how Bristow Holland is changing people’s perceptions of the industry,” he adds. “Whether it’s a client or a candidate, I always treat people how I would want to be treated – giving honest feedback and always trying to go that extra mile.”

IT recruitment isn’t Harry’s only passion. When he’s not connecting our clients with the best software developers that Norfolk and Cambridge have to offer, he can usually be found cheering on Ipswich Town at Portman Road, where he has a season ticket. He also supports Tottenham, which has its own share of ups and downs.
