We’ve treated ourselves to a new look!
You may have noticed that our website looks a bit different. This month we’re delighted to announce the launch of the new site as part of the roll out of our new branding. Director, Andy Bristow explains the rationale behind our new look…
Now in our fifth anniversary year, we felt that it was the right time to refresh our brand image to better reflect our specialist expertise and more closely align ourselves with the sector that we serve. Our new branding is subtle, but at the same time distinctive and memorable. Using a simpler colour palette to our last logo, we feel that the new logo more accurately reflects who we are as a business and where we are heading.
The way we approach IT recruitment really is different to the ‘usual’ agency approach and as innovators in recruitment we wanted our new website to reflect this. In addition to the use of more engaging photography throughout the site, we have introduced a number of new functionalities including; the increased use of video, various improvements to the users’ navigation experience and the introduction of clever things such as the contact us form that builds as you go and directs the user to the Bristow Holland specialist most suited to their needs. Through this new design we hope that the site more accurately conveys what we are about as a business.
We’ve also diversified our specialisms to include software implementation and have crystallised our testing offering making it into a specialism in its own right. The jobs search function has a new look too and will soon include a benefits list for each job. The benefits will be represented by icons and will be visible when you click on a specific job post. We have made the website a more effective means to enable people to contact us as well as help us to communicate better with our audiences, so candidates and clients can expect to hear more from us in the future!
As consultants we offer honest, jargon free expertise and it was essential for us that both the website and the new branding reflect not only this approach but also echo our corporate culture, the personalities of the team and how we like to engage with people. We also wanted to convey that we react quickly, precisely and personally to whatever our clients and candidates need.
I truly believe we are the natural choice for anyone looking to recruit IT professionals in the area and for candidates looking for their next IT role and feel that our new branding further consolidates our position as specialists in our field, with an in-depth knowledge of the industry and an understanding of IT companies and professionals. We are incredibly pleased with our new look and feel it will serve us well as we embark on the next five years of continued success.
