Director of Engineering and Delivery

With full ownership of products in your domain, you’ll set the strategic vision and roadmap, oversee development and support and guide cross-functional teams spanning engineering, quality assurance, and business analysis. You’ll be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence across the software lifecycle, aligning technology direction with business objectives and maximising the value technology brings to the organisation.
We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership from defining priorities and shaping transformation activities, to ensuring robust support and high-performing teams.
