What does it cost to hire through Bristow Holland?

We’re set up to deliver for ambitious businesses who value quality of output above all else. They know that, like most things in tech, the amount you invest directly relates to the level of performance. 

For permanent roles, our fees are calculated as a percentage of the candidates annual basic salary, varying from 20-25% depending on the nature of the role.  
For contract positions, we quote based on the nature of the requirement but our margins will remain in the banding above.

3. What guarantees do you offer?

Hire with confidence

We provide our clients with a 3-month rebate period, during which you will be entitled to a full or partial refund of your placement fee should a candidate not work out. Luckily, this is a very rare occurrence with our rebate scheme being used in less than 2% of the hundreds of placements we make.  

4. What we need from you

From brief to onboarding, your hiring process will be painless

The main thing we need from you is to be a proactive, enthusiastic and efficient hirer. We’ve seen how companies with a slick process – run by engaging and inspiring hirers – are significantly more likely to get their first choice candidate.  

Here is the process: Kick off > Video/f2f interviews > Offer management > Counter offer management > Starter. Estimated time to offer is 4 weeks; start will depend on availability.

How do you know we will deliver?

We’ve been doing this for a long time with a lot of success. From the moment we take a brief, we know if a role is going to be fillable or not and we’ll advise you of this along with any amendments needed to achieve a hire. Going to market with an incomplete or unattractive proposition will be damaging both for you, our clients, and ultimately us, so we won’t do it.
