Are you passionate about driving change and making things work better? We’re looking for a Business Process Improvement Analyst to help an enterprise business to enhance customer experience and improve the way their organisation works.

In this role, you’ll work across multiple teams to understand current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design innovative solutions that increase efficiency and reduce complexity.

You’ll be responsible for mapping out “as-is” workflows, uncovering root causes of inefficiencies, and designing “to-be” processes that deliver measurable impact.

Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll act as a change champion, leading the implementation of new processes, supporting adoption, and tracking performance improvements along the way. Your ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively will be key to success in this role.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, is confident documenting processes, and can demonstrate a track record of delivering time or cost-saving improvements.
