Programme Manager (Public Sector)
We’re working with a large public-sector organisation that is going through a period of change and is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to help deliver it.
This role is a mix of hands-on project management and programme leadership. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a group of related projects, making sure they stay on track, while also getting directly involved in managing projects yourself when needed.
You’ll work closely with project managers, senior stakeholders and delivery teams to plan work, manage budgets and risks, track progress and report on how things are going. You’ll help keep everyone clear on priorities, deal with issues as they come up and make sure projects are handed over properly once they’re finished.
This role would suit a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager who enjoys being close to delivery and is comfortable switching between the bigger picture and day-to-day project work. It’s a good opportunity for someone who likes variety, can work at pace, and wants to make a real difference through the work they deliver.
