Business Analyst
This is an opportunity to join a well established software business responsible for a highly complex, enterprise-scale platform used by organisations across the UK. Working within an Agile environment, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering requirements to a business critical system by acting as the bridge between stakeholders and the Development team.
You’ll gather requirements from a range of internal teams, customers and external users, understanding the underlying business need before translating it into clear functional requirements and scenarios. Working closely with Developers you’ll support the full change lifecycle, from initial discovery and backlog refinement through to testing and successful delivery.
We’re open to experienced Business Analysts from any industry, as well as individuals with strong operational knowledge of complex software looking to move into a BA role. Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management and Agile delivery is highly desirable, while exposure to BDD, Jira or Confluence would be beneficial. Above all, they’re looking for someone who is analytical, naturally curious and enjoys solving problems through technology.
