Business Systems Project Manager
This is a Business Systems Project Manager role within a well established law firm, leading the replacement of the firm’s business critical case management system.
Joining at the very start of the programme, you’ll take ownership of the project from supplier selection through to implementation and go-live. No solution has been chosen yet, so you’ll play a key role in gathering requirements, evaluating suppliers, shaping the implementation approach and ensuring the successful delivery of the new platform.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, third-party software vendors and technical teams to deliver a seamless transition, managing the full project lifecycle including planning, governance, data migration, testing, business readiness and cutover.
It’s a hands-on Project Management role with a high level of autonomy, where you’ll be expected to combine strong stakeholder management with experience delivering complex business systems change and the ability to keep a business-critical programme moving at pace.
We’re looking for somebody with experience delivering enterprise or business-critical systems implementations, ideally involving software selection, migration or transformation projects. Experience within a law firm or with legal case management systems would be advantageous, although it’s by no means essential and they’re equally happy to consider people from other sectors who have successfully delivered similar systems change programmes.
