Change Manager – 12 month FTC
We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to play a pivotal role in a major transformation programme within the energy retail sector. This high-profile initiative will focus on people and business readiness, ensuring the organisation is fully prepared for significant change and the adoption of new ways of working.
In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to embed change, drive engagement, and support operational readiness across the business. You’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating business readiness activities, ensuring teams are confident, processes are clear, and the organisation is set up to successfully navigate the transformation.
We’re keen to hear from candidates with proven experience in business readiness or change management, ideally within energy, utilities, or customer-focused industries. You’ll be comfortable managing complex programmes, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
