We’re working with a leading professional services firm seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to help improve how Legal teams work and enhance client outcomes. This role focuses on analysing current ways of working, identifying inefficiencies, and designing smarter processes, using both technology and non-tech methods.

You’ll work closely with lawyers and stakeholders across the business to map workflows, run discovery sessions, gather requirements, and highlight opportunities to streamline, standardise or automate. Improvements may include refining matter intake, redesigning templates, improving knowledge flows or supporting the introduction of new tools and systems. You’ll play a key role in documenting processes, facilitating workshops and supporting the roll-out and adoption of new ways of working.

This role would suit someone with experience improving processes in a law firm or professional services environment, who is confident engaging with lawyers, comfortable challenging the status quo, and familiar with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile. You don’t need to be a technologist, but you should understand where technology can enable better outcomes.
