We’re looking for an ambitious and customer orientated individual to join our hugely successful software client as a Customer Success Associate.  Supporting the Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing user experience, driving product engagement, and ensuring smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively supporting product releases, change requests, and ongoing improvements
  • Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with customer communications, email campaigns, and updates
  • Learning the product in depth to provide informed support and deputise when needed
  • Helping boost customer adoption and satisfaction through clear value messaging

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A team player with critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various additional packages

You will ideally have a background in working with customers, supporting software internally or externally and have an engaging enthusiastic personality as you represent the business to their clients.

The role is office based and out of town so your own transport is needed
