As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, testing, and optimization of new products, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and cost. Please note, extensive training will be provided.
What you will be doing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to drive product development according to our innovation process.
- Construct prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate product performance.
- Analyze measurement data and draw actionable insights to inform product improvements.
- Engage in technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive progress.
- Prepare detailed specification documents and project documentation, predominantly in English.
Background you will need to be successful!
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or plastics technology.
- Proficiency in plastics technology and fluid dynamics/pneumatics preferred.
- Experience with 3D CAD software for design purposes.
- Knowledge of data evaluation and product testing methodologies desirable.
- Fluency in German and English

Location – Near to Chur | Canton of Graubünden (Central North)
Hybrid – TBC – due to the nature of the positive this may well be unlikely.
Languages: German language skills are essential for day-to-day work, and proficiency in English is equally crucial.
Salary “GUIDE” – Dependent on experience | CHF 90,000-CHF 120,000 plus first-class benefits, including a 13th-month pay, a personal development investment plan, and various insurance coverage.
Interview process:
1st stage: Video call with the hiring manager and colleague.
2nd stage: Ideally face-to-face, but remote is possible. This stage includes an extension of the first stage, a meeting with HR, technical challenge, and a general getting-to-know-you session over approximately 3/4 hours.
