If so Bristow Holland are currently recruiting for an Cyber Security Engineer on behalf of out client. 


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage robust security solutions tailored to our organization’s needs.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing to identify and remediate potential risks.
  • Monitor networks, systems, and applications for suspicious activities and respond swiftly to security incidents.
  • Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, industry best practices, and security technologies to enhance our defensive strategies.
  • Implement access controls, encryption techniques, and other security protocols to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Participate in the development and execution of incident response plans, ensuring a proactive approach to handling security breaches.
  • Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of cyber vigilance and data protection.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Cyber Security Engineer or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and cloud computing environments.
  • Proficiency in security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with ethical hacking and vulnerability assessment tools.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent, will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
