Infrastructure Project Support

Bristow Holland are currently recruiting for an Infrastructure/Project Support Engineer to join our client in Felixstowe.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to design and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions that align with project requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and support during project planning and execution phases, ensuring seamless integration of infrastructure components.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking equipment necessary for project success.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather project infrastructure requirements and provide timely updates on progress.
• Maintain documentation of project infrastructure setups, configurations, and changes for future reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure support and project management, with a focus on delivering successful technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining servers, storage systems, and network devices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks within project deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
