  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components, including computers, servers, network devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Perform system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both remotely and in person, to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Respond to service requests in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data security protocols.
  • Assist with the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
